Twin City Die Castings Company was founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1919 as one of the original die casting companies in the United States. Since that time, TCDC has remained dedicated to creating custom die casting solutions for the Automotive, Recreational, Industrial Equipment, Defense, Aerospace, Computer, HVAC, and Medical Industries. Over the past century, we have grown to be one of the premier custom die casters in the industry, offering complete cast and machine capability.
Production positions at TCDC include:
Cast Operators and CNC Machine Operators
Technical positions at TCDC include:
CNC Machinists perform tool offsets using computerized equipment. These positions require working from blueprints and knowledge of machine programming language & the axis system.
CMM Technicians inspect, test, or measure materials, or products, for conformance to speciﬁcations.
Quality Technicians inspect, test, sort, sample, or weigh raw materials or processed, machined products for defects, and deviations from the required speciﬁcation. This is done using precision measuring instruments and complex testing equipment.
Manufacturing Engineers troubleshoot new or existing product problems involving designs, materials, or processes. They will also review product designs for manufacturability or completeness.
