TCDC is IATF 16949:2016 certified, and has a long history of producing castings for commercial trucks and semi-trailers, including light duty, heavy duty, on-road and off-road applications. TCDC provides a vertically integrated manufacturing solution, that helps OEM and Tier 1 manufacturers move projects from conceptual design to assembly-ready components. Automated robotic cast and machining cells, combined with inline vision systems and pressure testing, facilitate the production of consistent, high quality custom die cast components. APQP planning and PPAP process are standard procedures for TCDC. Applications include Fan Drives, and Variable Speed Fan Clutch Housings.
