TCDC is IATF 16949:2016 certified, and has produced a variety of components for Recreational and Power Sports. Automated robotic cast cells, and CNC machining cells, combined with inline vision systems and pressure testing, facilitate the production of consistent, high quality components. In 2010, TCDC was recognized for developing a one piece magnesium motorcycle tailsection, which replaced the previous model (consisting of numerous individual pieces).
