Automated robotic cast cells, horizontal and vertical machining centers capable of close tolerance machining are combined with inline vision systems and pressure testing, facilitate the production of consistent, high quality die castings.Applications include Drive Sprockets, Fairing Brackets, Tail Sections, Foot Pegs, Front Forks, and Crank Cases.
